Data-Safety Comes First for Getronics

Getronics, an IT services firm with 24,000 employees and more than $3 billion in revenue, needed a faster and more secure way to collect and analyze sensitive survey data. Its existing spreadsheet-based process was slow, highly manual, and difficult to trust for confidential security surveys. Getronics looked for an online survey system that could feed directly into its database while protecting data on-site.

The company selected Blue surveys software from Explorance. Blue integrated with Getronics’ database and authentication store, including its domains and Active Directory, and added automatic reminders and simpler survey setup. Getronics said consultants could do at least three times the work they used to do, set up a custom web survey in less than five minutes, and spend far less time on maintenance and manual reporting.
