Case Study: Aarhus University achieves automated course evaluations with Explorance Blue

Comprehensive in every way Blue’s multiple impacts at Aarhus University

Aarhus University expanded its use of Explorance’s Blue course evaluation survey system across its Arts, Health, Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences faculties after first using it in the School of Business and Social Sciences since 2015. The university was moving to a fully integrated module evaluation system while also addressing confidentiality concerns around teacher feedback and reducing manual administration.

With Explorance Blue embedded in the university’s learning management system, Aarhus University gained more automation, different set-ups for different forms of teaching, a streamlined question bank and faster aggregated reports. The rollout reached 2,200 end-of-module evaluations across the university and was completed in eight months from purchasing to implementation.
