Blue Helps CNA-Q’s Institutional Research and Planning do More in Less Time

College of the North Atlantic - Qatar needed a course evaluation and survey system that could produce professional-looking forms for complex course setups tied to disparate systems. Its Institutional Research and Planning team had previously relied on a custom-built system, but making changes required back-and-forth with a developer, and even simple data cleanup could mean waiting overnight.

Explorance implemented Blue course evaluations, linking the system to CNA-Q’s other tools in less than six weeks. The result was much faster reporting, with report creation reduced from one to two weeks to about two hours, and prepared survey requests turned around in under an hour. CNA-Q also uses Blue to manage all college surveys and course/instructor evaluations, while benefiting from same-day support despite the 8-hour time difference.
