Blue for Surveys Sets the Standard at the University of Louisville

The University of Louisville needed a new online survey system that could meet the varied needs of its academic community and encourage broad user uptake. The university was also looking for a way to keep survey costs under control while maintaining a strong culture of assessment.

Explorance’s Blue surveys gave the university a web-based platform that was intuitive, integrated with PeopleSoft, and flexible enough for centralized and decentralized use across campus. After two years, Blue was saving the university over $133,000 a year in survey costs, response rates improved from as low as 14% to 43% for the graduating Senior Survey, and users grew from five to just over 50 across campus.
