Abu Dhabi University Achieves a 90% Survey Response Rate with Explorance Blue

Abu Dhabi University, a university in the United Arab Emirates with 5 colleges and over 8,000 students, needed a better way to administer Student Evaluation of Teaching surveys for its Arabic programs. The university struggled with Right-to-Left formatting, manual data uploading, limited language support for exports, and a poor survey experience that contributed to low response rates. Abu Dhabi University chose Explorance Blue to address these issues.

With Explorance Blue, Abu Dhabi University was able to run surveys in both English and Arabic through its portal and Blackboard LMS, while also using built-in reporting, real-time response rate monitoring, Outlook integration, and automated data preparation. Explorance said the platform helped survey response rates in Arabic programs reach 90%, across 82 projects and 6,000 responses, and it also supported exporting Arabic comments for analysis and quality assurance.
