The national rail infrastructure operator, a European service provider, faced challenges in its rollout of the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS). Expleo provided ERTMS Level 2 product engineering support, focusing on Radio Block Centre (RBC) systems. The solution involved drafting scenarios to identify risks and preparing comprehensive safety files in compliance with CENELEC standards. As a result, four railways were brought into commercial service, maintenance teams were trained on the new technologies, and time was optimized for reliable commissioning.
