A global leader in electronics and environmental technologies (its Building Technologies division) that designs and deploys complex building automation, HVAC, fire and security systems across 80+ offices faced a critical skills challenge: although it had a long training tradition, it lacked a standardized, sustainable way to document competencies, assign role-based development and track skill gaps—resulting in cost overruns, rework and uneven customer satisfaction.
