Siemens implemented a role-based Standardized Training Program supported by the cloud-based ExpertusONE LMS to assign tailored learning paths, provide robust reporting, and drive change management. The program reached over 90% of employees, delivered more than 20,000 service training activities, cut average time-to-complete training from one year to six months, helped eliminate combined performance slip, produced projected productivity savings of about $1.34M over three years, and earned a 2014 Brandon Hall Gold Award.
