JET Airways, India’s second-largest airline, needed a faster and more objective way to shortlist cabin crew and other talent across metro and remote locations. The airline faced challenges with poor connectivity in some areas, time-consuming multi-stage hiring, and the need to assess communication, aptitude, and personality traits consistently.
