EY, one of the world’s largest private employers, needed a scalable way to train a large volume of internal IT vertical new hires more efficiently and reduce onsite training time and costs. To address this challenge, EY worked with ExpertRating to create an online, white-labeled, gamified learning system that could support candidates across locations and improve job readiness.

ExpertRating developed 11 tailored courses through its LMS, including end assessments, coding assignments, and secure testing controls using Locked Down Browser and Remote Proctoring, with codeassess.com used for coding evaluations. The result was a more effective online training program that better prepared new hires for their roles, reduced the turnaround time from hiring to project allocation, and significantly lowered the need for onsite training.
