Turners & Growers sought a more efficient solution to support the planning and delivery of supply against demand for their global apples business. They selected SAP’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution to replace a mostly manual process and engaged Expert360 to supply project management, change management, and solution testing capabilities.

Expert360 assembled a team that managed four work packages, delivering organizational and technical change management alongside a comprehensive end-to-end testing service. The project was successfully delivered with three work packages operational by the end of 2022, enabling Turners & Growers to actively use the new functionality to support their business.
