Wellspring Software, the company behind PrintBoss, needed a faster way to handle 50–100 daily blank check stock orders and contract renewals in SugarCRM. Its team was spending too much time manually generating PDFs, sorting print outputs, and using disconnected tools for renewal documents, so it turned to Experlogix and its Document Automation for SugarCRM solution.
Experlogix implemented a CRM-integrated workflow that let Wellspring Software generate, merge, print, and email documents directly from SugarCRM, including personalized renewal contracts built with the Microsoft Word-based Template Builder. The result was a streamlined, automated process that saved hundreds of mouse clicks and about 45 minutes to an hour per day, while improving efficiency and document handling across order fulfillment and renewals.
