SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, Norway’s largest regional bank, needed a better way to generate large, template-based agreements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM without relying heavily on IT. The bank’s previous document solution was cumbersome for its business support team, especially when changes were needed to templates or document flows. Experlogix, using XperiDo for Microsoft Dynamics, was selected to meet those needs.
Experlogix implemented an end-to-end document automation solution that streamlined creation, approval, delivery, storage, and e-signature directly in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The result was faster agreement production, improved consistency, reduced IT dependence, and more efficient document management across corporate, retail, and business support teams. SR-Bank also reported a lower total cost of ownership and identified additional uses for the solution across the organization.
