ReliaFund, a leading payment-processing provider, needed a better way to manage complex, regulation-heavy agreements that could run up to 19 pages and often required frequent changes, approvals, and manual data entry. Its old PDF-based process created delays, inconsistencies, and incomplete applicant information, making compliance and turnaround time a challenge. Experlogix Document Automation was used to address these issues.

Experlogix implemented Document Automation with Smart Forms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and DocuSign to structure data collection, automate agreement generation, and streamline approvals and signatures. The results were significant: document processing dropped from half a day to instantaneous, the approval flow was reduced from three stages to two, and accuracy improved by tying validation into the workflow, helping ReliaFund speed turnaround, reduce revisions, and strengthen compliance.
