Priva, a developer of climate control solutions for commercial buildings and high-tech greenhouses in the Netherlands, needed a better way to handle highly customized orders as it moved to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experlogix implemented a two-phase rollout, starting with one sales office and a limited product set before expanding globally to employees, partners, and dealers across the full product range. The solution automatically turns order details into key documents, improves configuration clarity, and reduces manual work and errors. As a result, Priva has faster quote adjustments, more accurate orders, clearer customer documents, and a significantly simplified sales process, with plans to expand use of Experlogix further.
