Luminus, the Belgian green energy producer and subsidiary of EDF Group, needed to streamline its Real Estate Development sales process, where representatives were spending about a full day each week manually creating reseller contracts. Working with Experlogix and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Luminus set out to speed up contract generation and reduce the need for multiple partner visits to close deals.

Experlogix implemented Xpertdoc for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to automate document creation, personalize contracts and sales kits, and support e-signatures on mobile devices. As a result, Luminus could generate and deliver contracts in minutes, close reseller deals in a single meeting, cut print costs and administration time, and improve the partner experience.
