Ride Designs manufactures custom wheelchair seat cushions and back supports, but needed a faster way to create highly detailed Letters of Medical Necessity for insurance claims. The company was using an outdated Microsoft Word and Visual Basic system that was slow to support, time-consuming to use, and had to pull data from Microsoft Business Central.

Experlogix implemented Experlogix Document Automation to connect directly with Business Central and generate personalized LMNs and delivery packages from data-driven templates. The result was a major efficiency gain: document creation time dropped from 45–60 minutes per document to about 10 minutes, and some personalized documents now take just two minutes instead of 30.
