INNOTEX, a Canadian manufacturer of custom fire‑fighting turnout gear for thousands of departments worldwide, faced a complex quoting and ordering challenge: thousands of configurable options, spreadsheet-based quoting, and phone/fax workflows that caused delays, errors and no integration with their Microsoft Dynamics systems. The company needed an intuitive configurator that dealers could use directly and that would tightly integrate with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP to eliminate duplicate data entry and incompatible option selections.

INNOTEX selected the Experlogix Configurator for its ease of use, portal capabilities and deep Dynamics integration. Dealers now build quotes and orders in the web portal in about 15–20 minutes, with rules that prevent invalid configurations; orders flow seamlessly into CRM and Dynamics GP to generate manufacturing cut sheets and routings.
