Kwik Lok, a Yakima-based leader in bag closing, coding and labeling solutions, was undergoing a business transformation with new leadership, changing requirements and stricter food-safety rules, and needed standardized systems across six plants. While implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV for core ERP functions, they found their item catalog could explode into hundreds of thousands of near-duplicate SKUs, making order entry, maintenance and planned e-commerce impractical without a simpler configurator and user interface.

Kwik Lok added Experlogix CPQ to handle complex product logic and rapidly built a configurator framework with Experlogix consulting and training, then completed detailed configuration work in-house. The integrated CPQ + NAV solution lets sales reps configure orders quickly and accurately, reduced the number of base items to manage, sped product introductions and BOM generation, and ensured configured products could be manufactured exactly as sold.
