Nederman, a global leader in industrial air filtration, relied heavily on a network of resellers but was hampered by manual tools and an outdated ACT system for collecting order information. Management needed a web-facing product configurator that would let dealers quote accurately and independently while fitting into the company’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP roadmap.
Nederman implemented the Experlogix Configurator with out‑of‑the‑box integration to Dynamics CRM and AX and launched the Swift Quote dealer portal. Dealers now create quotes themselves and orders flow into CRM automatically, freeing sales to focus on dealer growth while management retains visibility via workflow alerts. The portal has driven adoption—over 225 registered dealers and $3.5M quoted in a month—improving order efficiency, sales productivity, and manufacturing readiness through automated BOM capabilities.
