Experity’s DocuTAP—using templates, order sets, and ePrescribing—streamlined documentation so clinicians spend more face-to-face time with patients, resulting in very low wait times and a more satisfying visit. The implementation enabled superior patient care and faster visits, helping Lansing Urgent Care deliver the convenient, cost-effective care patients expect (urgent care visits are roughly 70% cheaper than ER care).
