CRH Healthcare, founded by Andrea Malik Roe and Bill Miller, operates more than 50 urgent care clinics and set out to scale through acquisitions while delivering a consistent, patient-centered experience. Experity implemented a built-for-urgent-care global operating system—consolidating EMR, practice management, online registration, dashboards and RCM—enabling fast onboarding (1–2 days), real-time operational insight, and API-driven patient tracking.
