Customized Technology and Training Spurs Enterprise Urgent Care Growth

WellNow Urgent Care, a New York–based urgent care network with 33+ locations and more than 40,000 patient visits per month, needed a configurable, scalable EMR and practice management platform built specifically for on‑demand care. The hospital-focused system they were using lacked the customized charting workflow, patient engagement features (reservations, queuing, feedback), and reporting capabilities required to support rapid enterprise growth. After a 14‑month search, WellNow selected Experity and adopted its Electronic Medical Records, Practice Management, and Patient Engagement solutions (customer since 2018).
