Case Study: MedHealth digitises return-to-work assessments with Experience Digital

MedHealth - Customer Case Study

MedHealth, a collection of health, medical, and employment brands, needed help modernizing its assessment services, Positivum. Experience Digital was brought in to support the development of this return-to-work platform, replacing a paper-based diagnostic process with a digital solution for health and employment support.

Experience Digital built the platform using AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda and Amazon RDS, to securely handle data-sensitive assessments at scale. The new system launched across all retail branches with 100% uptake and has since supported thousands of assessments; Positivum is now a core part of MedHealth’s operations, and Experience Digital continues to maintain and enhance the platform.
