Indue, a financial services company that manages backend systems for credit and prepaid cards, approached Experience Digital to help prototype and design a sophisticated, secure payment platform. They needed a modern user experience that could support a white-label setup across multiple consumers, including Coles, JB HiFi, and Westpac.

Experience Digital partnered with Indue to conceptualise, design, and map the product’s UI and secure login portal, delivering a design language that met the needs of the platform and its consumers. The result was a successful market launch, strong customer response, continued use of the UI, and improved access to payment management features such as prepaid cards and account details.
