Rimowa, the Cologne-based luggage maker that joined LVMH in 2016, faced growing pains as it internationalized: employees submitted expenses via Excel and email, causing frequent typing errors, lost invoices, slow approvals and a cumbersome, multilingual process. To modernize and simplify expense management, Rimowa selected Expensya and its expense reports management software to handle real-time, cross-border reporting.

Expensya deployed a Web and mobile solution with OCR+ receipt recognition, cloud archiving, automated workflows and a per diem module, rolled out in eight languages and adapted to local rules. The platform centralized data, removed paper filing, improved manager visibility and cut average report creation time from 10–15 minutes to about 5 minutes—delivering faster approvals, fewer errors and scalable multi-country expense control.
