OVHcloud, a French cloud computing company operating in 19 countries with over 2,000 employees, needed to modernize and centralize its expense management after its previous tool proved slow, lacked a mobile app, intelligent character recognition and reliable receipt archiving. Following a tender, OVHcloud selected the Expensya software to implement a zero-paper, automated expense report process and improve user experience across its subsidiaries.

Expensya was deployed across 18 countries (12 fully active), providing mobile capture, OCR, cloud archiving and customizable BI dashboards to enable real-time tracking and centralized control at head office. The solution cut end-to-end processing for a 10-item expense report from 57 to 14 minutes (~80% time savings), reduced bookkeeping time by 70–80%, achieved 92% employee approval, and improved support responsiveness, delivering clear operational and user-experience gains for OVHcloud.
