Prodrive, the Banbury-based motorsport engineering group, was using a paper-based expense process that became difficult to manage because many staff were often away at race events or on business. This made it hard to get credit card statements returned and processed on time, creating a heavy admin burden for the finance team. Prodrive was looking for a flexible expense management solution for its four businesses.

ExpenseIn provided an expense management app and worked closely with Prodrive during the pilot to add enhancements that streamlined the process. The result was far fewer old expenses being claimed, less paperwork, fewer loosely stapled receipts, and much less time spent by finance chasing credit card expenses. ExpenseIn also created a bespoke export for Prodrive’s ERP system, reducing manual data entry and improving the quality of the information being entered.
