Ultimate Home Services, a Worthington, Ohio–based contract flooring installer that manages roughly 65,000 residential installations annually across 10 states, faced rapid growth and the challenge of integrating disparate, often homegrown IT systems inherited through vendor consolidations. To create an enterprise-grade orchestration point and move to a cloud-first strategy, Ultimate Home Services selected Expedient as its Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Managed Services partner.

Expedient hosted UHS’ primary environment (including a private cloud in its Dublin, Ohio data center) and delivered managed services such as backups, disaster recovery, dedicated firewall, and VPN while enabling UHS to build an orchestration layer and strategic apps on top.
