Case Study: Perks WW achieves improved uptime, stronger security and predictable IT costs with Expedient IaaS

A Expedient Case Study

Preview of the Perks WW Case Study

Success Simplified – Perks WW Realizes Distinct Advantages with Expedient IaaS

Perks WW, a Little Rock–based provider of the Enterprise Engagement Engine® (E3) SaaS platform used by millions worldwide, needed to stop spending internal resources on day‑to‑day infrastructure and managed services and instead focus on product development. After service levels from its previous IaaS provider declined and a managed Azure option raised concerns about refactoring, support and cost, Perks WW sought a third‑party vendor that could meet strict InfoSec and compliance requirements while providing predictable costs and operational reliability.

Perks WW migrated production workloads to Expedient’s VMware‑based cloud and adopted Expedient’s managed services, including Push Button DRaaS (Zerto), backups, log management and hosted firewall/UTM. With Expedient, Perks WW gained better uptime and scalability, sub‑minute recovery times for disaster recovery tests, predictable monthly pricing and stronger compliance posture—improving business agility, budgeting and confidence in meeting clients’ InfoSec needs.
