irth Solutions, a leading provider of field service management and enterprise cloud solutions, needed a reliable, secure and scalable infrastructure to deliver its UtiliSphere platform — including a new mobile experience for field teams — and to reduce the burden of in‑house data center management. To meet those goals it partnered with Expedient, leveraging Expedient’s cloud and data center IaaS and managed services to address availability, security and scalability requirements.

Expedient migrated irth Solutions’ environment to its local data center and provided managed firewalls, VM management, regular hardware/software updates, disaster recovery options and a 100% SLA, with SOC-backed controls. As a result, irth successfully launched the mobile version of UtiliSphere with no downtime during migration, significantly reduced internal data‑center management (freeing resources for other projects), and gained the ability to scale quickly to meet growing customer needs — outcomes enabled by Expedient’s infrastructure and support.
