Teladoc, the first and largest telehealth provider in the U.S., needed a simpler way to deliver consistent, sales-ready content across RFP teams, Sales, IT, subject experts and clinical services. Their existing cloud-based system was over-complicated and under‑utilized, so Teladoc engaged Expedience Software and adopted the Expedience Microsoft Word–based Content Portfolio (Content Portfolio Galleries) and an automated FAQ generation capability to address ease-of-use and consistency issues.

Expedience Software implemented Word-integrated content portfolios, mini-databases for departmental sharing, and blueprint automation to generate and update FAQs and manuals. The result was wider adoption beyond the RFP team—“more people outside of the RFP department use it” with little to no training—easier, faster updates than their previous cloud backend, and improved consistency and sales readiness for Account Managers.
