Rediv, a leader in second-hand fashion based in France, faced significant operational challenges due to soaring order volumes and a commitment to sustainability. Their need was for a fulfillment solution that could efficiently manage their vast catalog while also reducing physical strain on employees and environmental impact. The company turned to the vendor Exotec for a solution.

Exotec implemented their Skypod system, a robotic goods-to-person solution. This resulted in a quadrupling of throughput, enabling Rediv to scale from 200,000 to 750,000 shipments per month. The Exotec system also maximized storage density, housing over 210,000 items in a compact footprint, while its lightweight, battery-powered robots contributed to lower energy consumption and improved worker conditions.
