Supplyweb, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in France, needed to optimize its fulfillment operations for e-commerce clients in an ultra-competitive market. The challenge was to increase productivity, guarantee service quality, and maintain a solid value proposition. To meet these goals, Supplyweb turned to vendor Exotec for an automated solution using the Exotec Skypod system.

The Exotec Skypod system, a goods-to-person robotics solution, was implemented in under 11 months. It provided Supplyweb with high-density storage for nearly 192,000 items within a compact 927 m² footprint. The results were transformative: just two employees now handle order picking, achieving a rate of 572 bins per hour. Exotec delivered a scalable system that integrated seamlessly with existing automation and is dimensioned for future growth, giving Supplyweb confidence to meet evolving e-commerce demands.
