Exostar's solution introduced a standardized RFP template and automated sourcing processes, which dramatically improved efficiency and compliance. The results for BAE Systems were substantial, including an 80% drop in RFP creation time, a reduction from approximately thirty RFPs per bid to just one, and 100% traceability in supplier flow-downs.
