CSC Selects Exostar’s Collaboration Solution to Enable Project Partnership Approach for Enhanced Client IT Project Management

CSC, a global leader in technology-enabled solutions, faced challenges with secure and efficient collaboration on IT projects for its client, BAE Systems. Their existing tools were cumbersome and lacked the security and transactional-level interaction needed for true business-to-business collaboration. To address this, they developed a new process called the Project Partnership Approach (PPA) and sought a solution to automate and enforce it, ultimately selecting Exostar's collaboration solution.

The Exostar solution provided a secure, cloud-based platform that standardized PPA workflows and enabled protected multi-party collaboration with features like multi-factor authentication and end-to-end encryption. The implementation resulted in over 1,000 project sites being created, a 50 percent reduction in project change notifications, and decreased cost, risk, and cycle times.
