WorkLife WellBeing powered by Exos is a 25,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center at PENN1 in New York City that needed a comprehensive corporate-wellness solution to serve an on-site population of about 12,000 tenant employees as part of Vornado’s PENN DISTRICT campus revitalization. The customer engaged Exos to support design, development and rollout, including facility design and layout consulting, equipment procurement, and branding, pre-sale and grand-opening marketing.

Exos delivered a full-service solution—design and procurement, branded marketing, and ongoing management and staffing—creating an integrated offering that includes a fitness center, group exercise, personal training, a Fueling Station, wellness and nutrition counseling, restorative therapies and recovery services, a retail Gear Shop, and Exos sports performance training. Exos now operates and markets WorkLife WellBeing, supporting the building’s 12,000 tenants, enabling a successful pre-sale and grand opening and sustaining membership, operations and engagement across the WorkLife amenity ecosystem.
