Oak Health Club in Ashburn, VA is a 29,000‑square‑foot flagship wellness facility owned by AARP Services that needed expert support to design, launch and operate a full-service fitness community — from facility design and equipment selection to staffing, membership pre‑sales and ongoing marketing to build and retain a member base. Exos (via Exos Community Consulting and Exos Marketing) was engaged to provide project planning, facility design and equipment procurement, staffing and management guidance, and pre‑sale and launch support.
