Manny Cantor Center, a project of New York City’s Educational Alliance on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, serves a diverse community with fitness, education, cultural and child-development programs for more than 3,000 members. The center needed to deliver a full schedule of popular group exercise classes and family-focused services while preserving inclusion and community engagement—particularly during extended pandemic lockdowns that required rapid adoption of virtual and hybrid offerings.
Exos provided managed services—programming development, staffing, operational management of the 7,000‑square‑foot fitness facility, personal training, group exercise programming, and membership marketing strategy and implementation. With Exos management, Manny Cantor Center sustained virtual community-building during 2020, now offers both in‑person and online classes through virtual and hybrid memberships, and continues to serve its 3,000+ member community with expanded operational and marketing support.
