RRD (RR Donnelley) partnered with Exos after struggling with widespread burnout, communication breakdowns, and declining productivity, morale, and collaboration. To address these challenges, RRD turned to Exos’ Performance Workshop to help its sales and leadership teams build stronger teamwork and sustain performance.

Exos delivered a tailored, on-site workshop for 109 employees focused on managing energy to prevent burnout, fostering psychological safety, and encouraging healthy dissent. The results included a 0 NPS versus an industry average of 27, with employees reporting deeper belonging, greater motivation to improve psychological safety and recovery habits, stronger inner awareness, and more comfort being themselves around teammates.
