The challenge was to deliver elite, performance-driven and medically integrated care—coordinating with Children’s medical professionals for post-physical therapy patients—while running a high-touch facility with a small membership base and growing revenue streams.

Exos staffed and managed the site with dedicated Exos Fitness Specialists, handling operations, member management, and ad-hoc marketing consulting while delivering sports-specific camps, Team Services Agreements, individualized training, screening, and nutrition counseling. As a result, Exos has enabled Children’s Sports Performance to operate as an elite, medically integrated training center—managing fewer than 100 members, supporting return-to-sport pathways, and expanding team services and revenue opportunities for Children’s Health.
