Children’s Health’s Andrews Institute in Plano operates Children’s Sports Performance powered by Exos, a medically integrated, elite-level training site serving youth, high school, professional/elite and adult athletes. Facing the challenge of delivering exceptional, return-to-sports rehabilitation and performance programming while maintaining a high-touch experience for a small membership base, Children’s Health partnered with Exos to bring performance specialists, sports dietitians and structured community management to the site.

Exos staffed and operated the program—providing Exos Performance Specialists and a Sports Dietitian, handling staffing, operations and member management, and consulting with Exos Community Marketing as needed—while delivering customized training, nutrition coaching, functional movement screening, individualized small-group training, team services agreements and sports-specific camps. The Exos-run model enabled medically integrated return-to-sports care in collaboration with Children’s Health clinicians, expanded program offerings and community engagement, and supported growth in client revenue streams while preserving the site’s elite, service-driven approach.
