Bryan Glazer Family JCC - Customer Case Study

Bryan Glazer Family JCC & JCC on the Cohn Campus in Tampa, FL operate large, multiuse community and fitness sites—including a 100,000+ sq. ft. center and a 21-acre campus—serving all ages with fitness, aquatics, arts, senior living, childcare and more. Facing the complexity of a major pre-opening and membership pre-sale, the JCCs engaged Exos to provide Exos management services for staffing, operations, facility design, membership sales and marketing, member services and program delivery beginning in 2016.

Exos implemented full-service facility management—overseeing pre-opening membership sales, staffing, operations, in-person and virtual health and fitness programming, and facility branding and marketing. As a result, Exos enabled the successful December 2016 opening and has continued to manage both fitness centers since then, supporting ongoing membership growth, program delivery across ages, and sustained operations at both the Bryan Glazer Family JCC and JCC on the Cohn Campus.
