The Alpes-Maritimes ADMR Federation partners with eXo to build its new digital workplace to connect and engage its staff

ADMR, the Alpes-Maritimes ADMR Federation that supports 34 local associations and a mixed workforce of administrative staff, on-site personnel and volunteers, needed better tools to communicate, coordinate home- and family-care activities, and maintain service levels during the pandemic. To address remote work, real‑time interactions and a centralized knowledge base, ADMR partnered with eXo Platform and selected eXo Platform’s digital workplace.

eXo Platform was evaluated in days and deployed in February 2020, delivering social and collaborative features plus easy integration with legacy systems. The solution provided dedicated collaborative spaces (chat, document and project management, wiki, calendar) and content tools for HR to publish news, resulting in 100 engaged users at launch, streamlined communication, improved knowledge sharing and higher engagement rates across ADMR’s teams.
