Sigma supports the decentralization of the HR function with its collaborative intranet solution

SIGMA, a French software publisher with 35 years’ experience and the maker of Advantage RH (used by 400+ clients), needed to decentralize the HR function by adding a collaborative, self-service portal for employees. To enrich Advantage RH with social and collaborative capabilities, SIGMA chose eXo Platform as its technology partner.

Using eXo Platform’s native components—collaborative spaces, document and content management, and a corporate social network—SIGMA built an employee-centered HR intranet integrated into Advantage RH. The eXo Platform–powered module launched in summer 2016 after one year of work and is now distributed to all Advantage RH clients and available to more than 180,000 employees, improving document sharing, workflows and HR decentralization.
