Schiever, an international retail group of more than 6,000 employees across stores, warehouses and a central purchasing office, needed to replace a static, aging intranet with a modern, user-friendly platform to streamline internal communications, centralize information and boost collaboration and productivity. They selected eXo Platform to deliver a convenient, easy-to-use intranet solution called Totem that would engage the entire “tribe” and serve as a single stepping stone for daily applications and team coordination.

eXo Platform implemented Totem with targeted spaces for store types, onboarding webinars, tutorials and ongoing responsive support, quickly driving adoption: unique users doubled versus the previous intranet, 65% of posts are authored by employees and 30–40% of those who logged in are active users.
