Orange (OCIT — Orange Ivory Coast) needed to digitize its sales operations and give agents a single point of access to customer information to boost productivity and customer satisfaction. The project required easy integration with internal and legacy systems and a social, collaborative solution; Orange selected eXo Platform, an extensible open‑source platform, to meet those needs.

eXo Platform was implemented to aggregate CRM and account data into tailored dashboards and provide social collaboration and quick access to customer records. Today more than 1,000 OCIT sales agents across four sites use eXo Platform daily, improving efficiency, shortening customer response times, and raising overall customer satisfaction.
