Naftogaz implements a digital workplace to streamline internal communications and facilitate knowledge sharing

Naftogaz, the state-owned national oil & gas company of Ukraine with about 68,000 employees across subsidiaries, needed to make information readily available across the organization and break down information silos. After evaluating options, Naftogaz selected eXo Platform as its digital workplace and corporate portal to provide social, collaborative, and knowledge/document management capabilities, including a fully customizable mobile app for iOS and Android.

eXo Platform was deployed as a centralized portal and document library in early 2020 and is currently in pilot with 20 key decision‑makers, rolling out soon to ~600 users with plans to expand to 10,000 employees. The eXo Platform implementation has streamlined internal communications, made it easier to store and locate information, eliminated duplicate content and silos, and accelerated decision‑making.
