Mutavie, the life‑insurance subsidiary of MACIF, faced a simultaneous redesign of its 10‑year‑old website (mutavie.fr) and its customer portal: the site lacked a CMS so content updates were laborious and the portal ran on different technology. To modernize its digital presence, regain content control, enable secure transactional services and support a mobile acquisition strategy, Mutavie selected eXo Platform’s corporate portal and content‑management solution.
eXo Platform implemented a unified portal and CMS that let editors publish independently and provided customers with full self‑service (account checks, data updates, advisor contact, deposits/withdrawals/transfers), with eXo Platform consultants supporting architecture and launch optimizations. The result: more than 300,000 regular users, up to 7,000 unique visits per day, and the number of subscribers doubled in less than a year—improving operational efficiency, cutting costs, and prompting partners to adopt the same platform.
