MonVéto, a national network of veterinary clinics, partners with eXo Platform to connect its different clinics

MonVéto, the first national network of general veterinary clinics in France with 39 clinics and over 200 veterinarians, needed to better connect, engage and retain staff across three regions. Facing siloed email communication and no central knowledge base, MonVéto chose eXo Platform to deliver a modern enterprise social network/digital workplace that would enable real‑time interaction, searchable profiles and easy knowledge sharing.

eXo Platform implemented a two‑phase, user‑centred roll‑out with prototyping, workshops and change‑management support, delivering the Synapse platform in September 2019. The solution now hosts about 250 users and 80+ collaborative spaces (including three information hubs), offers LDAP integration for fast people searches, and became a primary communication hub during the pandemic — improvements that boosted collaboration, knowledge access and overall engagement while prompting MonVéto to explore additional eXo Platform use cases.
